Thyme Software has been specialising in providing club solution software for over 20 years. Over this time we have developed a deep understanding of day to day club operations and requirements.

Our history with clubs began in late 1995 when as ClubKey System Pty Ltd we developed the first windows based membership management system, Member Magic. It included an in-built report generator, providing clubs and organisations with a flexible and user friendly system. In March 1999, we changed our name from ClubKey System Pty Ltd to Thyme Software Pty Ltd.

In January 2000 we led the industry by changing from selling our software in versions, to licencing our software on a monthly basis. This includes future upgrades, software maintenance and remote support, thereby removing the high upfront cost barrier to software purchases and ensuring all clients have access to the latest version of the software.

Since then, Member Magic and the associated modules have undergone many development phases, during which we have continued to build strong relationships with other software providers, providing interfaces and integration to many third-party products. This allows us to provide clubs and organisations with a comprehensive Membership Management system.
