The ClubKey system offers total flexibility to members in the way clubs charge for goods and services.

For example, the system:

• is ideal for clubs wishing to levy members in advance for bar, restaurant or any other regular services
• allows the club to offer services on credit
• enables members to keep their own accounts in credit so they do not need cash when paying for services

This encourages members to make better use of the club's services - and makes administration simple. Club vouchers can become a thing of the past.

The ClubKey system can control up to five separate accounts:

Account 1 - Electronic Wallet
This is the simplest form. Members deposit funds at the bar, dining room (or wherever else you have a cash terminal) and pay for services by using their ClubKey on the readers provided. They can use the account at all times they are in credit and there is no expiry date.

Account 2-4 - Pre-paid Credit
These separate accounts let you separate activities into three areas, such as bar, dining room and shop. The accounts operate on pre-paid credit arrangements and allow you to levy members in advance to encourage them to use your facilities. You can set expiry dates on the accounts and introduce the philosophy that any funds not spent by the expiry date default to the club. You can set these accounts to expire monthly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly.

Account 5 - Full Credit Facility
This account operates as a tab credit facility, enabling members to spend to pre-set limits (and you can set different limits for each member if you wish). At the end of each month, all transactions are converted to statements for individual members and the ClubKey balances are automatically adjusted upon account payment. The club benefits because you have complete control. You can discount prices at any time, set the times and prices for 'Happy Hours', or Functions, and much more, all from the office. The members benefit because they do not have to carry cash. They can check their balances at any time by touching their ClubKey on a reader at the point of sale and, because the account information is stored on the ClubKey, they can continue to spend even if a cash terminals goes off-line.

• will not corrode in seawater
• will not lose its stored data
• is protected against chemical and static electricity
• is easy to use
