The Member Magic Management Software System include a module that can be adapted for a wide range of sporting and common interest associations, including community centres that control multiple activities and sporting disciplines.

Accounting
Member Magic is not an accounting package. However it is a comprehensive billing system and can replace your debtor's ledger. Charges (including cash sales) and payments are easily processed and have many time saving features to make administration of the club's finances easy.
A complete history of member charges is available but you have the choice to setup and search for 'all' or only 'outstanding' charges. Individual charges can be added easily from both the charges and payments screens.
Processing payments is made easy because the system remembers payment details for every member. The next time a payment is made by a member the system automatically adds the standard details. If a payment for more than one member is made on a single cheque the payment details can be recalled with the press of a button.
A number of payment methods are available for members and the system can be linked to your bank for:
Information can be analysed through standard reports, or the report generator, and the system can be integrated with, and electronically transfer data to, accounting packages via the GL export facility.
There are many comprehensive accounting packages on the market and each organisation has their favourite. For this very reason Member Magic has been designed as a stand-alone database. However it is compatible with a variety of accounting packages and for most of our clients replaces the debtors ledger.
Member Magic can integrate seamlessly with all accounting packages on the market that have an import facility. We have already created this within our client base with packages such as MYOB, Attaché, AcPac and Caz software.
